Ten things about being a founder I wish I knew two years ago.
This is a great read. I wanted to highlight point 2 which is “Stop writing code”. I know I am guilty of this all the time. I run ideas by my inner circle and we discuss what we think should happen and we never truly get a potential customers perspective. I think we hurt ourselves by doing this. Often we spend hours writing code without even validating that the idea has a market.
